YEA for Jayden!!!!

Ok, another proud moment!! Jayden just won 3rd place for his science fair project out of the whole 4th & 5th grade!! We had a lot of fun doing it. His project was, Can people have the same sensitivity to smell? He had two groups of people (family members) and one group was over 40 and the other was youth. He cut 3 lemons and stood across the room. He had someone time the group and then they would raise their hands when they could smell it. He also did this with gasoline, ammonia, and vinegar. I think what won him the ribbon was his Hypothesis. He said and I quote, "I think that there will be no difference between the male or female. I think that the older people will smell things first because they have been here longer and they have smelled a lot more things. CUTE! CUTE! Well....he was right on one part!!! The older females could smell the items quicker than the other groups. The older males came in LAST!! Could be why Ken can't smell poopy diapers! ha...ha....ha! A little help from mom on the typing department but the rest was all his own doing!
